Misung888
It's been more than a year since I returned to this place. Still pretty darn cheap and good. We shared the Gam Jing Tang (pork ribs and potato stew), yummy!!

In Full Armor
It was on this day 2 years ago that I called you a liar when you tried to invite me to your house for your birthday. Happy Birthday!

An Extraordinary Celebration of July 4th
So glad to be invited to K's and Jim's house and spent good time playing with the animals and new friends. Watching fireworks from the top of the horse barn while seeing the horses running around freaking out is not bad either. We had such a good time.
Here is the picture of Nadine the potbelly pig...she is adorable.
Cheers,
Catherine Y

I Ride with My Helmet On

On the bike, to be exact. I don't understand why is it so hard to make the Americans wear the helmet. Perhaps they have not seen any horror public safety ads like I did in Malaysia, my 2nd brother got into a lethal accident that almost killed him...

Texas Brutal Summer

I just hate it. It's over 100 F almost everyday. Thank God for some puny rain in the past 2 days but still, we will be at 100's F again in the upcoming July 4th weekend.
In my prev post I was saying how busy summer has been for me and last weekend Mat and I actually hosted a bbq at the pool in our apartment complex... So many satays we made. It was delicious and definitely worth the effort.
